Use an Eagleview Measurement Report to Calculate Quantities for Your Entire Quote

Pull in Eagleview Measurements to your Purchase Order Quote to calculate quantities on your entire quote.

  1. Login to your CRM account

  2. From the menu on the left-hand side, select Projects

  3. Your Project pipeline dashboard will load

  4. Find the project you are starting a Quote for

  5. The Project Details page will load

  6. From the tab panel, select Quotes

  7. The Quotes page will load

  8. On the upper right-hand side, select Start Quote +

  9. The Purchase Order Quote Builder will open in a new tab

  10. Complete the required fields for Delivery Options and click Next

  11. Confirm the branch information is correct on the next page and add any branch instructions if needed

  12. Click Next

  13. On the Quote Details page, add the items you need for your Quote or use a Quote Template

  14. Once you have all your items added, select Update QTYs

  15. In the dropdown under Select Eagleview Report, select the report you would like to use in order to calculate your material quantities

  16. Next, enter your Waste Factor

  17. Select Calculate Quantities

  18. Once complete, you will see that all your items now have updated quantities

    1. If there are any items that could not be calculated, the item will be highlighted

    2. Please adjust and review all quantities if necessary before proceeding to the next step

  19. Once complete save the Quote by selecting Save Quote then Save as Draft to come back to it later

    1. If you are ready to convert your Quote to a Purchase Order, scroll down and select Next

    2. Review and confirm then scroll down and select Convert to Order
