Add a new contact to your CRM

  1. Log in to your account

  2. From the menu, select Contacts

  3. In the top-right corner, select Invite Contact

  4. Enter contact information

  5. Choose Yes or No for the "Would you like to invite this user to pre-qualify for financing?" question

    1. If you select Yes, the contact will receive an email prompting them to create an account in HomeLynx (the customer-facing portal).

  6. Click Invite Contact

  7. You will now be able to attach the contact to new projects and send the contact estimates.
