Log in to your account
From the menu, choose Embeddable Forms
On the top right-hand side, you will see a black button labeled New Form +
Choose the form you want to create from the drop-down
Estimate Request Form- Estimate form for lead generation
Financing Inquiry Form- For customers to apply for financing
The form will be generated, and a new page will load with the form
